Jim Bishop Vern Tardel Book How to build a Model A

Just wondered if anyone has a copy of the template for the header taper bell that is supposed to be included in the book. Mine did not have it and some of the other photos were chopped in half and misplaced as well. Whomever edited the book was in a hurry. The book has a lot of info about the old postwar roadster building. Does anybody have Jim Bishops email is he still a contributing editor at any rod publication that any body knows of. I plan to build the headers they talk about in the book around the middle of May 2012. Please email me with any info on this rjnsales@aol.com would really appreciate any help you to Vern or Jim.
