Is there a way to size a radiator in terms of cooling capacity and engine HP? I would like to avoid trial and error and I have limited space. I would also like to avoid an electric fan.

Go online or phone Griffin, US Radiator ,Be Cool or Walker Radiator and they can give you the info you need. Any one of them builds radiators to fit most car and engine combos.
