About to buy my first street rod: Unfinished Project

I am looking at a 1933 Ford Vicky which is lacking interior and appears to need some tweeking of electrical and AC.
I would appreciate some opinions as to value... here's what it is...

Fiberglass body (Custom Motor Coach/ Classic Motor Carriages, circa 1992)
Small Block Chevy  ('85 block)
9" Ford rear-end by Strange Engineering
411 Gears
Mark Williams Drive Shaft
3" Flowmaster Exhaust
Griffin Radiator Alum. Custom
Tilton Starter
2 B& G Pumps (orginally plumbed for NOS)
4 whl disk brakes
Auto meter gauges
MSD Propower
850 Holly
Brodex High-Rise Manifold
Air-Flow Heads Alum
Vintage Air (not working)
Weld racing wheels

Interior unfinished, nothing outstanding on body (chrome, etc.)

Owner is looking for 20 area... comments, PLEASE!

Depending on a few things, like the condition of the engine and how long it has been sitting, plus a few other considerations, it sounds like it comes with a pretty full package of items.  The seller must have at least $20K (probably a lot more!)into the parts etc. depending on where he got them and whether new or not.  But your biggest concern, depending on what state you are in, is what is the status of the registration and does it have a vin number?  If it does, find out if it is a clear number and nail down that registration, because you don't want to spend money on a project you can't verify ownership of and run through a registration ordeal.  

Thanks for the heads up!  I viewed it today and was very disappointed in the quality of the body... fenders molded to body, unfinished fiberglass visible under the hood and wheel wells, slapped together panels in the interior.  I'm walking away from this one... even though he's willing to go to the low teens in price. Just too much to have to dissasemble, repaint, redo... and still have  crappy fiberglass finish underneath.  Too bad as the drive train, et al was so top notch.  I'll never understand why someone who put so much in the under items, went so cheap on the body.  If this had a steel or Gibbons body, it would have been a fantastic deal!
If anyone comes across something sweet, not a project, but completed, let me know!  I don't mind sorting a car out and finishing details, just too dam old to resurrect a failed project!

I was all excited there for a minute until I heard it was fibreglass, then again I should have known better for the price. I know where there is a 32 Vicky for half the price, but sorry I can't give up the info till I've seen it.Sounds way too good for a steel body.
