Hi. Need to ID a street rod kit maker/builder. The car was formerly based in CT. It is a 28-31 Model A roadster. I have a VIN/Serial Number of "A11691". Does anyone recognize the alpha-numeric sequence as belonging to any particular shop or builder? Thank you.
