LS7 Crate Motor in 64 Impala

Ok, I know that there are some car nutz out there that can shed some light on this for me. I want my 64 Impala to run and sound like a new Z06. Other than the amount of money it will take, what are my main hurdles that I will face with this project? Other than the motor, wiring harnesses and computer, what else do I need to complete the project?
