Ive been looking for Chrome Cone [maybe spelled with "K"] wheel covers . A supplier would be great or at least a picture so I can show people what I'm talking about . They look like the Fullmoon/Smoothie/Spacer covers except with a slight cone shape instead of a curve in the center .

Didn't California Custom offer those? I do remember them on showcars back in the 60's but never on the streets here in Central Ohio.
Check with the vendors that served (used to serve?) the KKOA people as I know several were buying up unsold stock throughout the US.

Sorry for the delay , arthritis attack . I went to the KKOA site but all I can access is some classified ads without becoming a member . And "California Custom" brings up about a million hits . Can you think of any vendor company names ?

Can't recall any names off hand, will have to look in some old material I have around the house. I can remember one being in the state of NY.
Mind you that the small vendors who bought up the old stock usually tack on a noticable price increase when they resale the items.
As I recall the cones made by Cal Custom were not hubcaps per say, they were cones that were attached to the "baby moons" (or "BA'S") with a single bolt in the center.
An example of that would be on the Beatnick Bandit.

If so , the look I remembered , and I finally found a picture , must have included trim rims . I thought they were one piece . This sounds too complicated [and too many bucks] for a frequent driver even if I could find them . That also would explain why they defy discovery . I guess I'll put on my second choice , a set of "Fiestas" [my wife likes that look better anyway].
