I just found out about the passing Joe Mayall, editor for Streetscene Magazine and couldn't believe it. I've been writing articles for streetscene for twenty years along with several other magazines and Joe is the one that got me started. I sent him my first article around 1989 and he ran it after some careful editing that made me look good. I talked to him a lot and he helped guide me along for years. He will be missed by many, I'll never forget him. In his thirty years at Streetscene it was never late a single issue and anyone that's been a member of NSRA for that period of time will remember the old Streetscene and just how much Joe helped it to grow and change into the huge, well polished magazine it is today.
