I have a 1950 Dodge Coronet. It doesn't have any modifications, 4 door gyro-matic tranny, good interior and good paint with few minor chips. It runs and is in good shape, not ready to win any shows but all around good condition. Any ideas on value?

Hard to say, I had to look it up to even know what a 1950 Coronet looks like. The four door might bring the value down a little bit. My best guess would be a couple grand more or less, although I'm no expert, and with the sagging economy it might take a while.

Pick up a copy of Old Cars Price Guide availabe at just about any Barnes and Noble or similar book store, Its' a monthly or bi-monthly magazine. It sounds like it may be a condition 3 or high 2.

I'll second vertible59. Spiff it up, make it fit your personality and drive it like you stole it...

It's only metal, It does not know if it is on a 50 Merc, or on a Lambo. Make it do what you want.
