Fuel Filter Fittings

Here is probably an easy question.
I have a Barry Grant in-line fuel filter off another vehicle and I would like to reuse it on my truck. The problem is the truck has 3/8" fuel line and the filter has 10 AN male fittings. The existing fule line already has a break and a section of hose (about 4" long) exactly where it would be easy to mount this large filter (on the frame just behind the cab / under the bed). I have looked for a 10 AN male to 3/8" hose barb converters and they are not to be found!
Since I already own the filter and this filter will be in addition to the smaller in-line I already have at the carb entrance, I wanted to not spend too much on fittings or too much time plumbing in new fuel lines.
Is there an easy way to adapt this filter to standard fuel lines with hose?

You might have to use a reducer from 10AN to 8AN to work with 3/8" tubing.
Try Earl's, Russell etc for more fittings. Then use the part number(s) at Summit or Jegs to get a fair price.
See you down the road
