40 Ford suspension

Just located a 40 coupe, without any running gear. Plan on IFS up front, and a 9-inch rear, but I need to know what width is required. I plan on getting it back up on it's wheels, but would like them to fit. It's about 300 miles away, so doing it right the first time is really important.
Any recommended publications?
