hi my bother in law just bought a very small orange dragster. this car came out of so cal in the car was sevral parts with the name mancillias on them.12 in retread slics on it. very small spoke front tires. srint car rear diff looks like it had in/out box on it. trying to get some history on this car. what motor? did it have a trans? seems to have been built in the 50s. been crashed fixed bent etc any one with any info would be agreat help. trying to put in back to period correct or close.like to know if the mancillias ever owned this car. thanks for the help Leon Parsons hollis center maine. e-mail ima69monza@yahoo.com  

You have to love a car with some history, hope you find the info you're looking for.  

With the in and out box it's areal good chance you have a sprint car, some of these ran 6 cyl. engines and V8-60s'  

no its a dragster 112 in w/b very strange car. the hoop over the driver is so small cant get under itwith a helmet on! my brother in law is a small guy barley gets in it with no helmet on. has hollow axels held on with shear bolts. thanks for the input Leon
