1960 olds wheel specs

Wanting someone to help with wheel selection. 1960 had 8.5 x 14 with 5x5 bolt pattern. I want to go to a 15 inch rim but am getting cnfused with offst and backside. Any ideas or does it matter?

As far as I know, if you get the right bolt pattern and the tire and wheel aren't to big to fit in the wheel well most everything else is preference.
