Beautiful build, one my first cars in the 60's was a '49 Fleetline with a 216 and a split exhaust manifold and dual carbs on a Fenton intake. Brings back a lot of memories, life was good, still is!

Honestly some of the greatest looking cars built are the late 40's Fastbacks. They have such great looking lines.

I am thinking about doing the dual carb/dual exhaust modification on my 50 fleetline. Any reccomendations or pointers?

Fleetline roof lines have ruled for a long time.
Priceless...

It's only metal, It does not know if it is on a 50 Merc, or on a Lambo. Make it do what you want.
