I have 13" Dayton wires with 650x13 Winston tyres... Ever since Sam Winston died it has been real hard to get Winston tyres. In the wintertime i put hubcaps on to protekt the chroome.

On my 58 Chevy I plan to run wide white silvertowns with Zenith 100 spoke wires.  Now here is one for you low budget guys that I didn't think would look good.  I resto rodded my dad's 59 Chevy Belair 4 door and used honey comb style or cross laced wheels from a 1986 Firebird.  They looked pretty good.

Do you have any pictures? because what I'm imagining in my head of honeycomb wheels on a 50's car looks kind of goofy, but I've been wrong before.

I have Wheel Vintique Cruzers which resemble the old Halibrand wheels but without all the maintainance hassles.
They look great and all ya gotta do is take a powerball to em once and a while.
