I just bought a 37 chevy sedan..it was painted by previous owner..car has several dents in it and the paint dripped in spots..however most of the paint is good..i do want to paint it another color..can i just remove the paint where it is bad and paint over or should i take the entire car back to bare metal and if so what is the best way to do that?
