John W. Tarbunas from Naugatuck, CT needs to know that the car he is referring too in Popular Customs, Vol 1, #4, Winter 1963 was also Richard Zocchi's car built then by Gene Winfield at "Winfield's Custom Shop" Modesto, California. Check out Custom Car Yearbook No 1, page 115. JW. CUNINGHAM JR. Boise, ID.

yeah, burt...what's up with changing everything?  was the word AMERICAN in SAE too politically incorrect for today's "global economy"...or was the changeover a sign that everything would soon be manufactured where the metric system was already in use?
